Regular Rolled Kölln Oat Flakes ("Kernige Köllnflocken") are more than just firm-to-the-bite oat flakes – they epitomise intense flavour, natural bite and highest quality. Our gentle heat treatment preserves the full oat flavour, while the flakes develop their golden colour and particularly firm texture.
Each oat flake undergoes more than 33 processing steps at our mill in Elmshorn to develop its characteristic texture and nutty oat flavour. And because quality is our top priority, our sustainable two-layer paper packaging protects freshness and flavour – for true Kölln enjoyment, spoon after spoon.
