Strawberry-mint dessert
Ingredients for 4 pieces:
For the dough:
80 g Kölln Muesli Crunchy Chocolate-Mint
200 g wheat flour (type 405)
1 egg (weight class M)
2 tsp baking powder
100 g butter
40 g sugar
4 drops of mint oil
For the filling:
400 g cream cheese
200 g yogurt
60 g sugar
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint or pistachios
100 g strawberries (or canned apricots outside of strawberry season)
40 g Kölln Muesli Crunchy Chocolate-Mint
Preparation:
Preheat the oven.
Then knead all the ingredients together and chill for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough evenly into 4 tartlet cups and press down firmly.
Prick the base several times with a fork and bake in the preheated oven.
For the filling, mix all the ingredients together and divide them between the cooled tartlets. Top with hulled strawberries or drained halved apricots. Serve immediately, garnished with mint or pistachios and Kölln muesli.

Convection oven: 160 °C
Baking time: approx. 20 minutes
