Whistleblower system
It's important to us that all employees comply with laws, our policies, and our Code of Conduct. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to report any violations to us. Every report helps us identify misconduct or grievances and take appropriate action.
- The first and most important contact persons for our employees are their direct superiors.
- The human resources department and members of the works council will also accept information in a confidential discussion.
- In addition, an electronic whistleblower system, operated by an external, independent German provider, is available, enabling secure communication between whistleblowers and the reporting center officers at Peter Kölln. All reports are processed in accordance with applicable law and, upon request, anonymously.
