  • Communities

We are strong on our own, but together we are unbeatable! Are you passionate about a topic and want to get involved with others for a good cause or are you looking for teammates for your favourite sport? Start your own community and share your passion with like-minded colleagues.

  • Accessibility

With our headquarters in Elmshorn, we are perfectly connected to Hamburg's public transport network and just a stone's throw away from you.

The mental health of our employees is also important to us: We have 15 trained "mental first aiders" on hand to provide confidential support and advice when you're overwhelmed by worries or need support coping with challenging phases of life. In addition, HR, the company doctor, and the works council are always available to assist you.

  • Who are my contact persons?

  • Which documents do you need from me?

We look forward to getting to know you by means of a cover letter and your complete CV. Please also enclose current school reports or internship certificates.

  • What makes a good application?

Take the expression "apply" quite literally, because it really is about promoting yourself. Use your application to convince us of what you have to offer. This should be continued in the cover letter: Try to make the cover letter individual and interesting to arouse our curiosity. We would also like to know something about your motivation, why you have chosen us and your desired apprenticeship or study programme. Tell us clearly what your strengths and interests are and how you would like to contribute them to us.

Make your CV structured and clear and show as compactly as possible and as comprehensively as necessary what you have already achieved on the way to your dream job.

The CV primarily contains your biographical data and your educational background and should be complete. Special qualifications such as foreign languages or computer skills can also be included here. Whether you want to include a recent photo of yourself is entirely up to you.

We look forward to your personal introduction! Help us to gain an honest and positive impression of you with your application.

  • How does the application process work?

    Commercial apprenticeships

We begin accepting applications for industrial apprenticeships in late summer for the following year. If your application is suitable, we will be happy to invite you for a personal interview. The next step will be a short internship (usually two days) where you will get to know your potential apprenticeship.

    Dual studies

For a dual study program, you can also apply with us starting in the summer of the previous year. Once we have carefully reviewed your documents and we like them, we will invite you to an assessment centre. In a group with other applicants, we will set you various tasks to demonstrate your skills and get to know you better. The application process ends with a personal interview to get to know each other. And then you're ready to go!

  • How can I prepare myself?

You probably have a lot of questions about us as a company, the general conditions, the start etc. It's best to write these down in advance and bring them to our interview already prepared. When you create your CV, practise presenting it to others, because that's exactly what our personal interview round is all about.

  • I need further support.

If you need additional support in our application process due to physical impairments, please speak to us openly. We want all applicants to feel comfortable with us. If you would like another person from our company to take part whose presence would make you feel more comfortable, e.g. due to your ethnicity or other reasons, please let us know.

  • Still have questions?

Then please contact Pia, Sandra, Melanie or Arne directly.
