Your training at a glance:

Start: 1st August of each year
Duration of apprenticeship: 3.5 years (shortening possible with good performance)
Practical training: in our machinery and production buildings in Elmshorn
Theory: Vocational School of the Pinneberg District; in addition, various courses at the Business Academy (WAK), including pneumatics, metalworking and hydraulics.

What makes you stand out:

You have a First General Secondary School Qualification (in German: ESA) with good grades in mathematics, physics and, if applicable, technology.
You enjoy physical work and taking responsibility.
You have a strong interest in working with technical devices, machines and systems.
You are a team player and reliability is one of your defining characteristics.

What happens after your studies/apprenticeship?

Even after completing the apprenticeship, there are numerous opportunities for further development – with us and with educational providers in the region. Depending on their interests and aptitude, we support our junior staff in their studies or other further training.
