Delicate Kölln Oat Flakes ("Blütenzarte Köllnflocken") are more than just oat flakes – they exemplify unmistakable taste and the highest quality. Our gentle heat treatment preserves the full oat flavour while the flakes develop their delicate, tender texture.

Each oat flake undergoes more than 33 processing steps at our mill in Elmshorn to develop its unique texture and typical nutty flavour. And because good oats deserve protection, our sustainable two-layer paper packaging preserves freshness and quality – for perfect enjoyment, bite after bite.

Versatile – for sweet & savoury

Whether in creamy porridge, in fine muesli or as a baking ingredient for cakes, cookies or bread – our Delicate Kölln Oat Flakes are real all-rounders. They also do a great job in savoury dishes: perfect as a breadcrumb substitute in minced meat dishes!
