Our Gluten-free Delicate Kölln Oat Flakes ("Glutenfreie Köllnflocken zart") are particularly fine wholegrain oat flakes and ideal for anyone who needs or wants to avoid gluten. They are produced in our own mill in Elmshorn – with a protected production process from seed selection to packaging to avoid any contamination with cereals containing gluten.
Their nutty flavour and fine texture make them the perfect choice for porridge, muesli, baking or savoury recipes. Whether as a daily alternative or for more variety in your diet, these flakes are as versatile as you need them to be.
