Your training at a glance:

Start: 1st August of each year
Duration of apprenticeship: 3 years
Practical training: in our production plants on the production facilities and in quality management
Theory: Vocational School for Trade and Technology in Neumünster (in block teaching format)

We not only cover your travel expenses, but also organise and pay for your accommodation on site so you can fully concentrate on your career goals.

What makes you stand out:

You have a good GCSE (in German: MSA), with particularly strong grades in the sciences.
You have a strong interest in working with and producing food.
You have an understanding of technical processes and systems.
You are a team player and reliability is one of your defining characteristics.

What happens after your studies/apprenticeship?

Even after completing the apprenticeship, there are numerous opportunities for further development – with us and with educational providers in the region. Depending on their interests and aptitude, we support our junior staff in their studies or other further training.
