Fine Arriba chocolate

Do you like chocolate, but not too sweet? Then semi-sweet chocolate is exactly your thing! It is a type of dark chocolate, made without milk and strikes the perfect balance between mild milk chocolate and intense dark chocolate. With a minimum cocoa content of 50 %, it offers the perfect blend of flavour, depth and pleasant sweetness.

But not all chocolate is the same! Fine chocolates, such as the fine Arriba chocolate, contain at least 43 % cocoa solids and come from selected types of cocoa beans. By the way, Arriba means “higher” and refers to the region in northwest Ecuador where the cocoa for our chocolate pieces grows.

In Kölln Oat Granola Dark Chocolate "30 % less fat", it is precisely this high-quality fine Arriba chocolate with 50 % cocoa content that ensures an intense, aromatic taste experience.
