Milk cream chunks

Fresh milk is a real kitchen all-rounder. Whether pure, in muesli or porridge, for cooking or baking – it gives many dishes a pleasantly creamy note. It is often used as a milk filling in desserts and well-known chocolate treats.

In order to preserve this typical milk taste in many foods, (skimmed) milk powder is often used. The process behind it is simple:

  • The milk is first concentrated
  • It is then gently dried
  • This means that the ingredients, aroma and taste are preserved

Our Kölln Oat Granola Choc Choc Choc features the perfect combination of whole milk and dark chocolate as well as milk cream chunks based on white chocolate.

Worth knowing

How are the milk cream chunks made? White chocolate is refined with milk powder, sugar and other ingredients. The mass is warmly formed into strands. Then cut it into small pieces and slowly cool it to room temperature. The result? Creamy, chocolatey perfection in muesli.
