Raisins and sultanas are small but crucial ingredients when it comes to the fruity flavour of our Kölln mueslis. They add a natural sweetness that harmonises perfectly with the other fruits – without overpowering their aroma.
Our sultanas come from Turkey and South Africa – two of the world's most important wine grape growing regions. In Turkey, the largest growing areas are in the west of the country, while in South Africa the cultivation of wine grapes plays an important economic role.
