Wheat bran

Wheat bran is more than just a byproduct of flour production – it is packed with valuable fibre and makes your breakfast even more nutritious. It is created when the bran is separated from the flour during flour production and contains valuable components such as the pericarp, seed coat and aleurone layer of the wheat grain.

Did you know? Wheat bran is at least 45 % fibre and is often used as a natural fibre concentrate. Whether in yogurt, beverages or to enrich bread and breakfast cereals – it's a true all-rounder.
