Whether naturally derived from fruit, milk, and grains or added as honey, table sugar, or syrup – sugar not only adds sweetness, but also ensures the perfect consistency and a delicate browning. In our products, we focus on a thoughtful balance of natural and added sugars, so your breakfast not only tastes good but is also perfectly balanced.
Our mueslis are available in a variety of flavors – from reduced-sugar to chocolatey and crunchy. And if you like something unique, simply combine your favorite muesli with Kölln flakes and decide for yourself how sweet you want your breakfast to be!
The WHO recommends a maximum of 50g of free sugar per day—equivalent to about 10 sugar cubes. For comparison, a 40g serving of Kölln Crunchy Honey-Nut Muesli contains around 8g of sugar, which is plenty of room for the rest of the day.
The term "free sugar" encompasses all sugars added to food and beverages—including the sugars in honey, syrup, or fruit juice concentrates. According to the WHO, these are more conscious to consume than natural sugars found in fruit or milk.
By the way: We rely on beet sugar from Germany – because regionality is just as important to us as good taste.
