Preparation

1Mix the spelled flour and the Kölln Schmelzflacken® together with the yeast. Stir in the oil and gradually add the water. Knead everything into a smooth dough.

2Place the dough in a greased loaf pan (25 cm long) and let it rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes. The bread is baked on the middle rack in the preheated oven.

3Top/bottom heat: 200 °C Circulating air: 180°C Baking time: 45-50 minutes Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes (excluding waiting times)

4Spread the bread with a little butter and cut it into small cubes. At the end of the first year of life, cream cheese can also be added to bread.
