Preparation

1Preheat oven. The apple is peeled and roughly grated. The banana is also peeled, mashed with a fork and mixed with the grated apple.

2You then knead the fruit mixture with the Mazola® and Kölln Schmelzflacken® to form a smooth dough. Form them into sticks about the length and thickness of your index finger, roll them in sesame seeds and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven on the middle rack.

3You should store the cooled sticks in a dry storage container and consume them within a few days. Alternatively, you can also freeze them. They need 20-30 minutes to thaw.

4Top/bottom heat: 200°C Circulating air: 180°C Baking time: 30-40 minutes Preparation time: approx. 60 minutes

5A great vegetable variant is to prepare it with pumpkin or sweet potato.
