Preparation

1Crumble yeast into a bowl, add sugar and oat drink and stir. Sift 2/3 of the flour and knead it in. Sift the remaining flour onto the pre-dough, sprinkle the Kölln organic multigrain flakes and salt around the edge of the bowl. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

2Then knead the ingredients into a dough. Form one or two loaves of bread, roll them in Kölln organic multigrain flakes and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread with oat drink and let rise for another 30 minutes. Then bake in the preheated oven, adding a cup of water to make the bread crispier.
