1Preheat oven. Put the multigrain flakes, pizza tomatoes and tomato juice in a bowl, mix together and season with sugar, salt, pepper, oregano and chili. Let it soak for 5 minutes.

2Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella into slices. Pour the tomato mixture evenly into a tartlet case or a small baking dish, spread the mozzarella on top and bake in the oven. Then garnish with basil and serve immediately.
