Preparation

1Mix all ingredients and knead into a sticky, well-adhesive mass. If necessary, add a little more water.

2Press onto baking paper to a size of 20 x 15 cm. Cut bars from the mixture and bake.

3Top/bottom heat: 200 °C Circulating air: 180°C Baking time: 30 minutes Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes

4Chopped almonds can also be used instead of sunflower seeds.
