1Layering: Mix flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar. Then layer the ingredients on top of each other in the glass, starting with brown sugar, flour mixture, delicate flowers and finally the almonds. Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes

2Add more: 10 g soft butter 1 egg by weight M) Preparation: Knead all the ingredients from the jar with butter and egg and refrigerate for half an hour. Preheat oven.

3Form 2 rolls of approx. 30 cm each from the dough and pre-bake for 15 minutes.

4Carefully cut the warm rolls diagonally into 1 cm thick pieces and place them cut side down on the tray. Bake for another 10 minutes. Top/bottom heat: 200 °C Circulating air: 180°C Baking time: approx. 15 minutes + approx. 10 minutes
