Preparation

1Put the flour, Kölln muesli, butter, honey, egg and salt in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough. Preheat oven.

2Cover the dough with cling film and roll it out evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Remove foil and bake.

3After baking, cut into triangles while still hot and let cool. Melt the couverture and dip in the honey corners.

4Top/bottom heat: 180 °C Circulating air: 165°C Baking time: approx. 20 minutes Preparation time: approx. 30 minutes
