Preparation

1Preheat the oven to 160°C. Place paper cases in a muffin baking tray. Place wholemeal spelled flour, muesli, baking powder and cinnamon in a mixing bowl and mix with a whisk.

2Core the apple and cut it into small cubes. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Add the banana, oat drink, Mazola® and apple pieces to the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and stir with a whisk.

3Pour the vinegar into a small bowl. Add baking soda and let it foam briefly. Add to the dough and stir briefly. Divide the batter evenly between the 12 muffin cups and bake on the middle rack.

4Top/bottom heat: 160 °C Circulating air: 140°C Baking time: approx. 20 minutes

5Let muffins cool. Melt the dark chocolate couverture and then decorate the pastry with it.
