Preparation

1Melt the butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan. Stir in lemon juice and Kölln muesli.

2On a baking tray lined with baking paper, use a serving ring (Ø 7.5 cm) to form approx. 2 tablespoons of muesli mixture into a thaler and dry on the middle rack in the preheated oven.

3Top/bottom heat: 150°C Circulating air: 130°C Baking time: approx. 15 minutes

4You can also spread the mixture about 1-2 cm thick on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cut it into bars while it is still warm. Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
