Preparation

1Finely chop fruits and nuts or almonds in the universal chopper. Knead in the Kölln Zauberfleks® by hand.

2Roll out thicker or thinner between cling film as desired. Remove foil. For the bars, cover the entire surface with wafers. After falling, cover the second side. Press firmly again (without crushing the wafers) and now cut into bars of any size.

3Alternatively, cut out round circles from the dough - suitable for the size of the wafers - and cover them with wafers on both sides. Preparation time: approx. 30 minutes

4For even more variety, baking cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon or lemon juice can be added. Coconut flakes are also great.
