Preparation

1First, mix Kölln Schmelzflacken® with Kölln spelled flakes, baking powder and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.

2Whisk the Mazola® oil with applesauce and oat drink. Peel the carrots and then grate them finely. Now mix the oatmeal mixture with the apple-milk mixture, fold in the grated carrots and let the dough, covered, soak in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

3Preheat oven. Now line a small baking tray with baking paper and spread the bar mixture approx. 1.5 cm thick over an area of approx. 16 x 18 cm, press it down well and bake it. After cooling, cut the bar mixture into bars approx. 2 cm wide and 6 cm long.

4Top/bottom heat: 190 °C Circulating air: 170 °C Baking time: approx. 25 minutes Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes (excluding waiting times)

5Stored in a cool, dry place, the bars will last for 3-4 days.
