Preparation

1Mix the crème fraîche with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and gradually beat in the eggs one at a time. Briefly stir in the delicate Cologne flakes, flour, baking powder and mineral water.

2Bake golden brown waffles in the preheated waffle iron. Serve with red fruit jelly. Preparation time: approx. 40 minutes
