Preparation

1Mix milk, Mazola® and eggs together. Mix the flour and Kölln Zauberfleks® with baking powder and stir into the milk-egg mixture.

2Let the dough swell for 15 minutes. Put a little Mazola® in each pan and fry the pancakes one after the other until golden brown on both sides.

3Decorate with a fruit puree of your choice and a few Kölln Zauberfleks®. Preparation time: approx. 45 minutes
