Preparation

1Roughly chop Kölln flakes, 30 g Kölln Zauberfleks® and chocolate drops in a stand mixer. Mix with cocoa powder and knead with the remaining ingredients by hand or with a fork. Form the dough into balls with wet hands. Lightly chop the remaining Kölln Zauberfleks® with a rolling pin and roll the balls in them.

2If you like, you can also vary this recipe with finely chopped nuts, cocoa nibs, vanilla powder or chopped dried fruits.
