1You first have to peel the sweet potatoes and then grate them very finely. Now add eggs, Kölln Schmelzflacken® and spelled flour and work everything into a smooth dough. Before baking, grease the waffle iron with Mazola®. Then bake red-brown waffles in the preheated waffle iron.

2To ensure that the waffles can be easily removed after baking, you should grease the waffle iron well and bake the waffles well.

3Top/bottom heat: 200°C Circulating air: 170°C Baking time: approx. 25 minutes Preparation time: approx. 45 minutes

4Homemade applesauce goes well with this.
