Preparation

1Mix 250 g margarine with 250 g sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until foamy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix 150 g flour with starch, baking powder and 100 g Kölln muesli and add the oat drink spoon by spoon to the fat mass. Pour the dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

2Preheat the oven. Peel the pears, quarter them, cut them and spread them over the dough.

3To make the streusel, mix the remaining margarine, remaining sugar, remaining flour and Kölln muesli with marzipan and poppy seeds and knead them into streusel. Pour these over the pears, sprinkle with almonds and bake.

4Top/bottom heat: 180°C Circulating air: 160°C Baking time: approx. 40 minutes Preparation time: approx. 40 minutes

5You can also prepare this cake with apples instead of pears.
