Preparation

1Pour milk or oat drink and cream over the grainy Kölln flakes and let it steep. Wash apples, core them and cut them into pieces or roughly grate them. Cut the peeled bananas into slices and pour the lemon juice over them and peel the oranges and cut them into small pieces.

2Fold all the ingredients into the soaked kernels, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and serve.

3The hazelnuts can also be easily replaced with chopped almonds. Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
