Preparation

1Halve the net melon, hollow it out and chop the inside and the flesh of the watermelon into small pieces, reserving the juice. Divide the pineapple and banana into bite-sized pieces.

2Mix fruit with melon and lemon juice and honey. Divide between four bowls and sprinkle each with 3 tablespoons of Kölln multigrain flakes and 1 ½ tablespoons of pumpkin seeds. Pour over oat drink and serve. Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
