Preparation

1Melt coconut oil or butter in a saucepan over low heat. Crush Kölln muesli in a freezer bag with a rolling pin and mix with the oil or butter.

2Spread the muesli well among 4 dessert rings or tartlet molds (Ø 11 cm), press firmly and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

3Wash and slice fruit. To serve, carefully press the frozen muesli base out of the mold, brush with yoghurt and top with fruit and walnuts. If necessary, sweeten with honey and consume immediately. Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes (without waiting time)
