Preparation

1Core the pear, apple and plums and cut into coarse pieces. Place in a bowl along with the quartered strawberries and whole raspberries.

2Squeeze half an orange and stir with yoghurt, sugar, vanilla and cologne flakes until smooth. Mix the Kölln muesli into the fruit salad and serve with the sauce.

3Also try a yogurt sauce with sea buckthorn or ginkgo. Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
