1Mix real Kölln kernel and delicate flower Kölln flakes and divide into two bowls. Peel and slice the banana, wash and halve the grapes and roughly chop the walnuts. Add the fruit and the walnuts to the Kölln flakes and serve with sour milk, yoghurt, milk or Kölln oat drink. Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
