Preparation

1Mix the flour, cologne flakes, baking powder, egg, salt and oat drink or milk into a uniform dough. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to taste and let stand for about 10 minutes.

2Heat 1 tablespoon of Mazola® in a pan over medium heat. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan for each pancake and smooth it out. Bake the pancake for about 2 minutes, then turn it over and fry it on the other side as well. Replace the fat every now and then.
