Preparation

1Drain the cherries in a sieve. Grease a tart pan (Ø 26 cm) with butter. Preheat oven. Beat eggs with powdered sugar, vanilla bean pulp, milk and melted butter until fluffy. Mix Kölln muesli, flour and salt and stir in.

2Put the cherries in the mold, spread the dough over them and bake in the lower third of the oven until golden. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

3Alternatively, the clafoutis can also be baked in small ovenproof dishes. The baking time should then be reduced to 15-20 minutes.
