Preparation

1Wash, quarter, core and finely grate apples. Mix the grated apples with Kölln flakes, 150 ml water, baking powder and sugar and season with cinnamon and vanilla flavor.

2Pour the dough into a springform pan (Ø 28 cm) lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven. Then let the cake base cool down.

3Now wash the strawberries, cut them in half and place them on the cake base. Prepare the cake icing according to the package instructions with the remaining water and cover the strawberry cake with it and let it set.

4Top/bottom heat: 180 °C Circulating air: 160°C Baking time: 30 minutes
