1Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan with 1 tablespoon of Mazola® until translucent. Grate the broccoli florets finely with a vegetable slicer, fold in the Kölln muesli and fry briefly. Then deglaze with the vegetable broth, stir constantly and let the mixture swell. Remove the pan from the heat, season with the spices and let it rest for at least 20 minutes.

2Heat Mazola® in a pan over medium heat. Form patties and fry in the pan for 4 - 5 minutes until crispy and brown, turning several times. Serve hot. Preparation time: approx. 30 minutes Tip: Serve the patties with a delicious dip of your choice.
