Preparation

1Peel and dice the cucumber. Clean and roughly chop the celery and spring onions. Hollow out the avocado. Wash the parsley. Squeeze out the lime.

2Put everything together with Kölln oat drink and Kölln flakes in a blender and puree. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco.

3Let it sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

4Divide into two portions and serve cold. Preparation time: approx. 45 minutes
