1Process Kölln spelled flakes into flour in a blender. Mix the spelled flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add Kölln oat drink, apple cider vinegar and mineral water.

2Mix the whole thing well and let it swell for 10 minutes, adding a little more liquid if necessary.

3Pour the dough in portions into a pan with Mazola® and bake pancakes. Serve the finished pancakes with blueberries and maple syrup. Preparation time: 35-40 minutes
