Preparation

1Peel the apples and cut about 3/4 of them into fine pieces. Cut the rest into thin slices for topping and mix with lemon juice.

2Mix all other ingredients together with the apple pieces.

3Line a loaf pan with baking paper and pour in the dough. Cover the cake with the remaining apple slices, spread the sliced almonds over it and bake.

4Top/bottom heat: 180 °C Circulating air: 160°C Baking time: approx. 45 minutes Preparation time: approx. 30 minutes
