Preparation

1Crush Kölln muesli, mix with flour and baking powder. Mix butter, sugar, honey, egg, peanut butter and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add flour mixture and make a dough. Form the dough into a ball and place it in cling film in the fridge for about 1 hour.

2Preheat oven. Form approx. 20 mice from a dough ball (4 cm). Create the face and tail with raisins, chocolate raisins, flaked almonds and pretzel sticks. Place the mice on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake.

3Top/bottom heat: 200°C Circulating air: 180°C Baking time: approx. 15 minutes Preparation time: approx. 60 minutes (without waiting time)

4The dough is also good for cutting out cookies.
