1Mix Kölln spelled flakes with sesame, sunflower seeds, linseed and almond flakes and pour the hot vegetable broth over this mixture. Then let the mixture swell for at least 30 minutes.

2During this time, peel the carrots, wash the zucchini and celery and cut everything into small cubes. Finally, season the vegetables with nutmeg and herbs. Now knead the vegetables and eggs into the swollen spelled flake mixture and season with salt and pepper.

3Form about 10 equal-sized patties from the mixture and then fry them in Mazola® over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Preparation time: approx. 30 minutes
