Preparation

1Mix butter, sugar and eggs until foamy. Mix the flour with baking powder and Kölln organic oat flakes until tender and add.

2Divide dough into 5 portions and vary according to instructions below. Place in heaps with 2 teaspoons on a greased baking tray and bake.

3Stir vanilla sugar into the dough. Sprinkle the cookies on the baking sheet with 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar.

4Knead ½ teaspoon cinnamon into the dough. Mix ½ teaspoon cinnamon with ½ teaspoon granulated sugar and sprinkle on the cookies.

5Mix 1 tablespoon of cocoa with 1 tablespoon of rum and add to the dough. Sprinkle cookies with granulated sugar if desired.

6Place the cookies on the baking tray and cover with small chocolate flakes.

7Knead slivered almonds into the dough.
