Preparation

1Heat margarine in a pot. Add Kölln flakes and Kölln Haferfleks® to the liquid margarine and stir well. Allow to cool.

2Mix the sugar and flour, add it to the oatmeal-Haferfleks® mixture and mix well with the water. Preheat oven. Using two teaspoons, place the cookie dough spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake.

3Top/bottom heat: 200 °C Circulating air: 180°C Baking time: approx. 10 minutes

4Melt the couverture and decorate the cookies with it after they have cooled. Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
