Preparation
-
1Knead the ingredients for the dough, form it into a ball and cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
-
2Roll out the dough on a floured work surface. Preheat oven. Cut out circles of 7 cm for the body and 4 cm for the head from the dough. Place the small circle on the large circle, slightly overlapping it, and press down slightly. Place raisins on the snowmen's "bellies" and press a pine nut into the top circle as a nose and two raisins as eyes.
-
3Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven on the middle shelf, then let them cool. Mix half of the powdered sugar with water and color with food coloring. Put hats on snowmen with colored icing and dust with remaining powdered sugar.
-
4Top/bottom heat: 180 °C Circulating air: 160°C Baking time: 15-20 minutes Preparation time: approx. 35 minutes Waiting time: 60 minutes
-
5Immediately after baking, poke small holes in them for the pendants so that the snowmen can also be used as Advent decorations.
