Preparation

1Bring 1 tablespoon of water and sugar to the boil in a pan over medium heat until the mixture turns lightly brown. Add nuts and coat completely with caramel. Set aside and let cool.

2Wash the pear and cut into cubes. Bring the delicate Kölln flakes to the boil with milk or Kölln oat drink and salt, remove from the heat and let stand, covered, for 3-4 minutes.

3Pour the porridge into a bowl and add the applesauce and Kölln muesli. Add the pear to the porridge along with the pecans. Serve with cinnamon if desired.
