Preparation

1Scrape out the pulp of the vanilla pod with the back of a knife. Put all the ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil briefly.

2Then remove from the heat and let it simmer, covered, for 3-4 minutes. Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes (without waiting time)
