1Boil the Kölln organic tender oat flakes with the liquid and salt, stirring constantly. Then remove the pot from the heat and let the oat mixture stand covered for 3-4 minutes until the desired consistency is reached.

2Now all you have to do is fill your porridge into a deep plate and add your desired topping if necessary.

3· Sweeten with honey, sugar & cinnamon or agave syrup · Serve with fresh blueberries, cinnamon and walnuts · Fold in half a diced apple or applesauce · With nuts or seeds it gets nice and crunchy · Add 4-5 finely chopped prunes · Season with cinnamon, turmeric or vanilla or stir in cocoa · If you like it hearty, cook the porridge with vegetable broth and spice it up with vegetables, spices and Parmesan cheese.
