1Bring the Kölln flakes with water and salt to the boil in a pot. In the meantime, peel the orange and remove the fillets. Mix cinnamon with sugar and stir into the quark.

2Set 1-2 orange fillets aside. Pour the fruit and porridge into a glass in layers. Serve decorated with quark and remaining orange wedges.

3If you're not a fan of quark, you can also use yogurt here. Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
